Wrongly banned by Vinted for “counterfeit” Apple AirPods Max despite serial number proof — has anyone managed to get reinstated?

Hey everyone,

So Vinted has permanently banned my account for supposedly listing counterfeit Apple items, but I’m honestly pretty sure this is a mistake.

The items were genuine and I sent them proof — Apple serial number checks, screenshots from Apple’s website, photos of the items/packaging, plus proof that I already sell genuine electronics through my eBay business account and my own website.

The problem is, I keep getting what feels like automated replies, and it doesn’t seem like anyone has actually looked at the evidence properly.

I’m not trying to break any rules. If the issue is that I should be registered as a Pro seller, I’m happy to do that. I just want someone at Vinted to manually review the case instead of just closing it with the same generic response.

Has anyone here actually managed to get a permanent ban reversed?

What worked for you — normal support, legal email, Trust & Safety, LinkedIn, social media, anything else?

Also, did sending invoices/serial numbers/photos help, or do they just ignore it?

Any advice would be appreciated, because I’m kind of stuck at this point.
