Can Chimera join Manticore forces?

To my understanding, in the lore, Chimera is part of Manticore. But when I looked into listbuilding, it seemed like they were treated like a separate faction.

At Ministrav, they announced three combined sets

But when I check their 2026 roadmap, I don't see those boxes listed anywhere.
