I'm with my local vfd and we are trying to start an annual haunted house one scare we'd like to do is one where you drop a person from the ceiling but we tried it last year and quickly learned the guy in the harness cant stay for long how else should we do this that's also safe
I'm trying to make a transceiver so my friend and I can talk while diving. I have an underwater comm unit, but the above-water unit is $1500, so I'm trying to make one that works on a 32.768 kHz frequency, but I have no idea where to even begin. I bet you all could help.

Tldr
I want to build a 32.768 kHz above-water transceiver to communicate with a friend while diving, as the commercial unit is too expensive.
I got a Neptune 2, and the only issue is the old straps are falling apart. I bought a new 6-point rubber strap, but I can't figure out how to put it on without breaking the old one.
