Ill be retiring early next year from California, but we plan to move to Virginia. Does HPKO give us time to move. My command is only letting me take my terminal and PTDY after my skillbridge.
Im retiring from the Military soon and moving back to Tampa area. Im thinking about applying for HCSO correctional deputy. Can anyone here tell me how it is there. Work schedule, work life balance, and how the hiring process is? I did three years of Brig duty, so i do have some experience.
I just did the orientation for 7 Eagel. Seems like a good skillbridge as it seems you can try OJT from a number of different companies. Im just trying to see if anyone here can share their experience doing a Skillbridge with them. Im aiming to start January 2027.
Im about a year out from ETS from the military and im looking to do a Skillbridge with either Largo FL PD, or Tampa PD. Just trying see pro cons of both. I see Tampa starts at a much higher salary, but for me work lif balance is more important.
