Or that's all we can assume what's happened, this has happened multiple times on this specific plant - big healthy branches, just....off at the base, and they all have this weird rounded base, and we have no idea what could be causing it - any ideas?

I'm within my 90 days currently, and I've been trying to figure out time off things and I know I don't have sick or vacation pay until after 9 months, but both of my roommates are non-fos CMs and told me I should be able to do ADOs
But then my manager told me FOS doesn't do ADOs, so since I can't find any information about it and my manager is a little cagey talking about time off (also language barrier) - *is* there a way for FOS to take non-paid time off without accruing points like other areas would with ADOs?
((The time off would be after my 90 days and is something I communicated at hiring would be a thing coming up this year that I would want time off for so I didn't bait and switch))
Heyo! New hire, first time CM - I did my onboarding on Friday and have Traditions this Saturday and I'm just!! I have no idea what to expect, what's the actual Function of Traditions? What's done during the day?
Don't really need a blow by blow, but like, do we set up emails and stuff during this or is that a First Day At Location type thing?
