HOLY $#!+! Has anyone else watched yet?

Female age 51 MBC x9 years stable taking Ibrance/Letrozole/Xgeva
CKD stage 3

Foot pain x 4 months have complained each monthly cancer center appointment but no incident that would have caused an injury, swelling, or bruising at any point, so complaint dismissed by NP. I also saw my PCP 2 months ago, but again no external swelling, bruising, or incident to cause it. I Had my regular monitoring scans (CT & Nuclear Bone every 4 months) told radiology tech, and they took extra views of foot. Bone scan report notes “ongoing inflammatory process, compare films to scans in January 26)
Recommended 3 view XRay of foot.
I saw Oncologist after for scan results. Sent for XRays- xray report below.
3 questions-

1. how can I better advocate for myself about pain (felt dismissed each time - just go to urgent care even though I made PCP appointment about it and told NP who handles palliative care)?
2. Could it be metastasis?
3. If it’s healing, what should I ask for now? What would Potential treatment be? Can it be treated?
