My budget theater room.
Always wanted a theater room growing up. When we bought a house with a windowless interior room in the basement, I knew immediately what it was becoming.
Projector is an Epson EF-12, which I picked up a few years back. For a long time the screen was literally an Amazon screen stapled to the wall, but I finally finished building a proper screen wall.
Speakers are a mixed bag: Klipsch R-41 for rears and sides, and Goodwill front L/R/center setup (Yamaha center, Infinity SL40 left/right). Subs are Klipsch too, tucked under the speaker shelves I built.
Not the nicest setup out there, but it was relatively inexpensive, especially spread out over a few years. There are a few small things I’ll probably change down the line, but I’m happy with where it’s at now. It’s huge (152”), it’s awesome, and it’s mine. Thanks for looking!
