Are you aware of anyone who lost their walking arm swing (on one side only) at an unusually young age?

Did their PD progress slowly or quickly after the arm swing loss? Do their other PD symptoms did not appear until several years later?

If a person wakes up at night with their heart literally pounding out of their chest, does that come from central apnea ONLY (not obstructive apnea)? I know that it's nature's way of waking you up to say, "you've stopped breathing and you're about to die if you don't wake up now."

Funny - - my sleep apnea doctor had never heard of this ever happening to anyone. Has it happened to you? If so, how frequently?
