I followed @aginglolitas suggestion and whisked it up with an electric whisk and boy oh boy the volume! 😅

Ps: I used watermelon Jello this time but the rest of the recipe is the same (15 g sugarfree jello, 200 g low cal flavoured skyr and 350 mL water). I whisked the whole thing for about 1 minute after I added all the components.

Jello Hack!

On the left: 200 g of vanilla Skyr (100 kcal, 15 g protein)

On thr right: same 200 g of vanilla skyr mixed in with sugar free mango jello and some stevia- (4x the volume and 1000000x the wobble wobble 🪼) 😌

(Just bring any sugar free jello and stevia to a boil, bring to room temperature, add your yogurt of choice and let set in fridge)

I opened a Crêperie in a mid-sized Austrian town about a year ago. Monthly expenses are about 5k € and I am managing to make about 4.5k € gross income. I have a Google rating of 4.9 and everybody who has visited has had a good experience. The issue is, its a small town with people who are not keen on experiencing new things and Crêpes are definitely not traditional for Austrians. I make most of my income with tourists or in the holiday season. I dont know how I can reach the local crowd? How do I make more people interested in giving it a try? Or should I even persist? I am sort of flexible to relocate to countries with higher tourism.
