It seems to have sort of a grid of dark spots over the eyes and hair, is this textile toning or something else?

Hey all, I pulled this clad toner out of a cardboard display full of toned dimes i bought at a coin show. I just started going through them under the microscope and noticed this one had a weird defect around the lips and on the neck below the jawline.

Does this look like PMD or maybe a strikethrough error? The coin is in beautiful shape otherwise and is full bands. What do we think?

I don’t know why the fella sold it to me for basically a little over melt but I can’t complain! Also got to see some monster morgans in real life for the first time and man… they are so beautiful.

The pictures don’t do the luster justice, this thing is a real beauty! I think the price was undeniable.

Finally got my anacs submission back for these 2 beauties i found in pawn cull bins over the past few months. Paid spot for all of these coins. Glad to have gotten the VAM designation on the 87, and glad the CC is real haha. Also bonus dine because i threw it in with the other 2🤷🏻‍♂️

Saw this in the pawn shops case and got real excited until I started doin the regular tests haha. Weight 27.5 grams, sounded funky when pinging.

Pawn shop seemed to really not want to take my word for it that it was not real haha.
