Post-surgery trouble

I am finally able to do simple movement and today is day+3 post surgery...

I understand the physical pain reduce gradually, as it was reduced greatly even from day1 to day 3, but currently I dont feel like eating/consuming anything

My mouth feels bitter all the time, I still consume the mandatory vitamin given by the dietitian though like liquid calcium, liquid multivitamin, and full liquid diet (instead of optifast I chose 3 scoop of Ensure + 3 scool of Myotein)

How do you guys face the bitterness of your tongue at this stage ? any advice ?

Day-5 before surgery, post-op pain and lifelong regret ? any thought of calling it off ?

I read a lot of posts in the subreddit here

I would like to know more about the post-op pain, how does that feel ? is there any case that the pain is minimum ? or even amplified due to a condition ? as I am very scared to be honest, and I dont have anyone to share about my fear, please do not sugarcoat your experience, I prefer hard fact

Besides, I also read that many people said the biggest regret post-op is not doing it earlier, but is it actually ? I would like to hear more, like I read you cant take NSAID like ibuprofen or diclofenac, cant drink while eating, no longer able to enjoy your favorite food ? can you share experience about this too

my pre-op VLCD was for 28 days or so, in the earlier day I was so excited, but now not so much as I read more about the post-op, now Im thinking of calling it off and try again with diet or some other plan
