Estate discovery today - Auto 5 Light Twelve

I have an uncle who passed away a couple of years ago, whose house I am likely going to be moving into. Doing a walkthrough/assessment of the property and his possessions today, this immediately caught my eye. Appears to be an old Browning Auto 5 Light Twelve with the receiver and bolt completely seized/jammed back with rust. I apologize for not taking closer photos, but, estate/probate/transfer issues aside, can this potentially be restored to operating condition in memory of my beloved uncle? Thanks in advance.
