Taking a night train alone

Hello!! I am a 24 yr old female and I’m taking the 10:30 train alone in a week out of the city on the northwest line. Do you think I’ll be fine? I didn’t know how sketchy it is or not to do alone

Looking into egg freezing

Hello I am a 24 year old female who is looking into freezing her eggs. I am a childhood cancer survivor and unfortunately because of my chemotherapy and radiation to my left kidney it also affected my left ovary. Therefore as I got older my FSH and LH have risen quite a lot this past year. And my AMH is very low. They knew this was a possibility so I’ve gotten bloodwork with an Endocrinologist every year. I am at the point where I am highly considering my options tho as I am in a serious relationship and wanting children. I want to hear others experiences with egg freezing and cancer or egg freezing as its own!

Compensated pay for off day

Hello!! The spa I work at is having a rebranding and doing a 4 hr filming day with content creators and we are required to go. It’s on a Monday which is an off day I don’t work. My weekend days are Sunday and Monday. I want to ask if we will be compensated because it is 4 hrs of work on a day I don’t work that. Is that reasonable to ask?

Need advice on what to do.

So I was thinking of going back to school to get my bachelors. There’s just more opportunities out there for jobs I’d like and higher pay if I have a degree. I did a job interview tho for a digital marketing company to be a sales rep there and it’s a base pay plus commission and full benefits. I’m debating on what to do if I just take the job or if I continue to just go to school and not take the job. Maybe having this job would open more doors with the experience? But it also could not. I want some advice on whether I should just stick out school or if I should just take this job and use it as experience on resume to hopefully get more jobs. (I’ve also never done a real sales job with cold calling. This job offers warm leads but wants 75 calls a day for a 9 hour shift) let me know your thoughts.

Cake is wet on top

So I let my cake cool last night for over an hour uncovered. It was cool to the touch not warm. And so I put the cover on and went to bed. In the morning tho the top was completely damp. Why is this if I let it cool??

Two tasks at once. Is this a red flag?

So my spa fired a receptionist cause they only wanted one. On Wednesday and Fridays it’s just me and one other girl now because both of the other esthis leave at 4pm and the receptionist leaves at 4pm also on Fridays and isn’t here Fridays. (On Wednesday it would only be me alone). I’m usually pretty booked, they now expect me to do all my services, answer the phone, check ppl in and out, do laundry, make towels, dishes, all front desk duties while I’m also fully booked doing services. I want to ask that on those days if I’m going to be required to do both jobs now that I get compensated for both. As I got hired as an esthetician and front desk was not in my job description. Let me know your thoughts.
