Just started picking, and got a CI practice lock and a handful of white-belt level stuff to play with. I'm picking the practice lock (four standard pins) about 20% of the time, but the biggest problem I'm having with all of them is oversetting pins. I can't seem to find a pressure between too much and nothing, and I particularly have trouble manipulating pins 3/4 without oversetting pin 1.

Using a CI Genesis set, and I realize just tons of patients a putting in the time is the main thing, but appreciate any tips or suggestions.
