I have total loss in my left ear and severe HF loss in the right.
I'm old and prone to losing things.
I'm guessing nobody sells one single HA, and I don't want a left-ear CROS set (all my clients are on my right side).
Can I get two right-ear units so I'll have a spare?
We just stumbled upon Killer Joe (2011). How did it take me 15 years to discover this?
Matthew McConaughey plays a bad cop / contract killer who hits the sweet spot between diabolical and gorgeous. There are no wasted lines, no extraneous scenes, and enough twists and surprises that even when you see it coming you say "did he really just do that?"
To guarantee payment, Joe claims the youngest daughter "Dottie", who says she is 12 and looks about 14. She might be developmentally delayed bc her mother tried to smother her as a baby. But she HAD to be 18 to play this part legally. We were glued right up to the gut-kicking ambiguous ending.
Nonstop twisty grownup fun, haven't enjoyed a movie this much in a long time.
