Any insight into how the tryout process is at schools with club teams who also have strong D1 programs? Daughter is interested in UConn, Stony Brook and Albany and wants to play club rather than pursuing D3 at a smaller school; wondering if they take all comers or if she should expect tryouts and cuts?

Looking for some ideas on ways to mix things up on offense for a U14 team that periodically gets stagnant. We have a lot of basketball players on the team so they’re familiar with a stack; any tips on how to run this as an occasional action in lax for maximum impact? Bonus points if you can include a diagram! 🤣
