Used to be my garage gym

So all of this equipment was in a normal size 2 car garage. I evicted both of my vehicles during the pandemic. I had a lot of the equipment before and continue to add to it. We then moved west to much larger house with the basement as you'll see in the pics which has a 9 foot ceiling. It is about 45 x 35. Any critique or hints as to better placement of the equipment is always welcome. The cardio machines are facing the television in the stereo. I would love to get mirrors.

First, I thank you all for your time. I just found this sub and have been browsing. There is so much info here it’s hard to even take in a small portion. We lived in a suburb of NY for 35 years. I had a nice JD for quite a few years. Not one from a big box store. It worked well and unfortunately I was too nice and helped a neighbor who was building his home mow his 2 acres. His 2 acres at that time was made up of thick brush. It basically ruined my tractor. After a while I traded it in and hired a landscaper. We’ve now moved to a western state and live in a prairie surrounded by farms. I don’t plan to mow the fields, just really where I have a shooting range and my front and back lawn, perhaps 2 of our 20 acres. A lot of it is rocky and I couldn’t mow if I wanted to.

I seriously underestimated the front and rear lawn size and bought an Ego push mower. My back aches just thinking about it and it constantly bogs down. Time for a tractor.

So staying reasonable in price, let’s say 6k max with a little wiggle room, which model do I buy? I’m reading here some of the pricier ones have a lousy transmission. Which model has power steering around that price? There is a dealer nearby and they have a 2019 590 with 512 hours for 7900. That seems high to me. Is it?

Again, Ty.
