Can somebody explain what the issue is with Andrew Z and the city of Toledo over food trucks? He says the Mayor has a shadow ban on them setting up in downtown. He is apparently speaking at a council meeting on Tuesday and wondering if he has valid points or not.

Anyone know if there’s any news on Referee’s opening at King and Sylvania. It’s been months without any updates.
