I am doing a pattern for a doily which, after creating a 7-chain ring, asks to create 12 2-treble-crochet clusters. I am confused how to start the first one.

This is what the pattern says:

>Round 0: CH 7, join with SLST in first CH to form a circle.
Round 1: Beg. 2TR-Cluster [see glossary below], (CH 2, 2TR-Cluster into the circle) 11 times, CH 2. Join with SLST in Beg. 2TR-Cluster. (= 12 clusters, 12 ch2 spaces).

The glossary from the pattern:

>Beg. 2TR-Cluster: CH 3, holding back the last loop of stitch, work TR into the beginning circle, yarn over and pull through all 2 loops on hook.

Question: I feel that Beg. 2TR-Cluster is just CH 3 followed by a TR. Or is there any difference?
