We live in the US and are taking our 14 month old son to Italy for 10 days. He is not walking yet so looking to back carry. Bought the Tula Linen Toddler Carrier (in Ash) but it seems like he’s maybe a little too short for it right now? I did wear him like this for a few hours and he didn’t complain, but it doesn’t look super comfortable with his arms? Aside from not being able to see over my shoulder. He also had these marks on his legs afterwards, but I feel like that’s expected.

Can’t tell if there is anything I can do to make this better or if it’s just how it is.

He is 26 pounds and about 30 inches (76cm) tall.
