will this be an issue? I’m 14F and I have a surgery coming up, Google says I should tell my doctor but also in my state they will tell my mom. Idk what to do

White tab on my screen that will not close

I’ve restarted my laptop nothing has worked, I don’t even know what led up to this honestly it just appeared, I’ve tried to do the task manager thing and I’ve turned the laptop on and off it’s a 11th gen intel core i5-11400H 2.70GHz that’s just what it told me to put idk if that’s helpful
