Why the heck is this issue popping up? I deleted everything inside weldment profiles folder and this still persists. I even deleted the file path from the tool>options>File locations>weldment profiles.

I am looking to mold foam patterns using 3D-printed tooling for lost foam metal casting. I have hit a few obstacles with standard pattern-making approaches:
CNC carving intricate geometries is too time-consuming.
Two-part polyurethane (PU) foam releases hazardous cyanides/isocyanates during thermal decomposition/burnout, which I want to avoid.
Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) beads require high-temperature steam fusion, which distorts or fails in standard 3D-printed molds.
Is there a pourable, two-part expanding foam that can capture intricate detail in a 3D-printed mold and burn out cleanly/safely during lost foam casting?
