I am grateful to have received acceptances to medical school. However, I am deciding which school is better to attend.

BUCOM

• newer school (pre-accredited)
• low tuition
• starts this year
• graded
• mandatory lectures
• not the best location
• rural clinical rotation sites
• less dedicated time for board preparation

BCOM (APS)

• established
• pass/fail
• non-mandatory lectures
• more time to study for boards
• residency matches are great
• preferred location
• tuition is higher
• requires waiting for one more year
