hellooo, so basically the second i entered the accommodation portal all the options i had looked at before were taken, and now the only ensuite option that shows up is the metalworks. im just wondering if any previous students who have stayed there can tell me if i recommend it or not considering its £214.
also google maps is saying its a 15 min walk to thr med school can anyone confirm😭

helloo, im currently thinking about firming UoB for medicine(yes i still havent firmed and insured..) and i was looking at some of the accommodations but have no idea what to actually look for. i know the medical school is in edgbaston, but thats really it. i also want to know the main differences between between the university accommodation and private accommodation, and which is preferable. i know that uni accoms are more practical, closer,and more social but i feel like i can get a nicer place for the same price privately. is it still worth it?
sorry if my questions sound stupid, im the first to go uni out of my siblings and i have no one to really guide me through this😭
