I'm getting my absolute ass kicked here. Gym 1 and 2 were okay but I cannot beat this fight. Her Pokemon are always faster, if my Pokemon do land a hit it barely does any damage, I'm constantly getting hit with status effects, I can't see any way forward. What do I do? What's the secret (other than giving up?)

Edit: No, I give up. This is completely absurd. She just swapped Bruxish with Bronzor half a dozen times. And every single Pokemon has better stats than mine. Will-o-Wisp/Hex is bullshit. I'm not wasting my time training an entirely new team and giving them all special items to get through a single fight.
