This is my third lace project, and I had a really hard time with learning the half stitch. Are the black ones wrong? Everything else seems to criss-cross and weave together differently.

I've been fascinated with bobbin lace since I saw a demo at a quilt show. I finally decided to give it a try today, and I love it! Any feedback? I felt like I spent a lot of time adjusting tension on the red piece.
