How do people pump?!

As a currently EBF mum to a 9.5 week-old, I'm considering introducing pumping a few times to increase flexibility - but pumping feels like a bit of a nightmare! I've tried once to pump with a manual pump and barely got out 3ish Oz after an hour of trying, but also the sterilising, rinsing with cooled boiled water and air drying (which takes FOREVER) for only my pump parts and 1 bottle (which attaches to the pump) can take so long that I don't know if it's even worth it. Can anyone give me some advice/personal experiences/suggestions on how they manage this, as I'm driving myself crazy trying to figure out what I should do!

To add: BF is a bit unsustainable for me going forward because of recurrent mastitis, less-than-normal tongue function for my little one which has led to massively long feeds (1-1.5hrs each) and poor latches. Any advice super gratefully received from a frazzled mum x

Lipoedema crash out

I'm in my third trimester and tentatively diagnosed with lipoedema and crashing out as the GP said it's chronic and not really fixable, and apparently pregnancy hormones can make it worse. Not sure if it's the hormones making me feel awful about it but does anyone else have any similar experiences or anything encouraging to share about this? Feeling so upset!!

Ladies, I am in desperate need of some meal ideas to keep cool - I'm one degree increase away from climbing into my freezer to stay sane😭😭

Fyi I'm vegetarian so any suggestions for cold/cool/minimal cooking meal ideas would be hugely welcome!!!

Anxiety about life after baby

Hi all,

Having some anxiety about how husband and I will adjust to life and our new relationship dynamic once baby arrives - things are good at the moment but because of a history of trauma, people pleasing, anxiety and depression, plus a few arguments here and there during pregnancy, I'm worried that we'll lose each other and we'll essentially be passing ships in the night, or not able to enjoy any time together and might constantly be too tired, stressed or sleep-deprived to be a husband and wife to each other. Does anyone have any advice or experiences that might help with how I'm feeling? I'm so excited about baby arriving, but can't help feeling like I might lose my relationship with my husband at the same time.
