I'm looking to build or buy a ready made solution available in the market with a mobile-first, cloud-based ERP + CRM specifically for a real estate developer and would appreciate recommendations on the best software stack, vendors, or development partners.

1. Sales CRM (Pre & Post Sales)

• Lead capture from Meta, Google, WhatsApp API, 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, OLX, website, etc.
• Lead assignment, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, inventory, collections & customer management.
• WhatsApp, Email & SMS automation.
• Customer portal for payments, documents, complaints & handover.

2. Construction ERP

• Project planning & task management.
• BOQ preparation and tracking.
• Procurement, RFQs, tendering & purchase orders.
• Supply chain, inventory, stores & material management.
• Vendor management.
• Contractor management, RA/final billing & contract tracking.

I am in need of 5 softwares for small size real size real estate construction business based out of a tier 2 city Raipur , chhattisgarh

1. Pre sales CRM with integrations across major ad platforms (facebook , realty websites , google , olx etc)

2. post sales CRM to handle customer journeys which take upto 4 years.

3. An HR software to manage a workforce of 30 people and to handle recruitment which is a daily challenge . An HR software with integrations for linkedin , naukri , indeed , apna jobs etc for daily recruitment is a must.

4. an construction management software with features from inventory planning , procurement , consumption , boq tracking and supplier management.

5. construction quality management and contractor management.

For CRM I will be needed 10-12 users and estimated cash outflow i have budgeted is around 1 lakhs for pre sales and 1 lakh for post sales

For HR i need 2 years and estimated cost outflow of 50k per annum seems fair.

For construction management and inventory management cost outflow of 1-1.5 lakhs per project is ok.

For quality management cost of 1 lakhs per annum seems workable.

Core features need is hiring and integrations with job ports like apna , indeed , naukri. com etc

Additional features like payable salary ,tax , compliance , onboarding , database and growth .

I have 1 HR manager who posts on various portals and sends resumes to respective marketing or construction director for interview via whatsapp

candidates comes in 2-3 days and then the respective director communicates it back to hr whether to reject or accept.

Want to create a database of resumes and want this communication to be tracked and automated.

wanted guidance as i am not building a dedicated home theater but a mix of portable projector and a tv+ soundbar set up

i will be mainly using the television with soundbar (soundbar home theater set up from brands like sonos , samsung , sony or jbl etc )

and will be using a portable projector and portable screen occasionally for movie night.

i want to be able to play sound from projector to soundbar system also and want to do soundproofing as required so i am choisng to go with 5m mlv and 50mm rockwool

i want portable screen to be as big as possible (120 or 133 inches) and want to be able to play xbox in projector too
