Wedding Vendors Summary
Hi guys!
My wedding was on Friday in Toronto and went even better than expected! I've gotten positive feedback from everyone I have spoken to. I wanted to share all of the vendors I used and be fully transparent with the prices, too. For reference, we had a guest count of 118. Hopefully, this will be helpful!
Venue & Catering: Casa Loma. My absolute dream! We chose to do it indoors in the library/conservatory, and it looks fabulous in all photos. Unfortunately, the terrace/garden was closed as it was under construction, but I did not even notice in the end. For a Friday wedding, there is a minimum spend of $28,000. You also have to pay for their sound and lighting services with Audio Dog. Overall, the total spend was $54,645.48.
DJ: DJ Lil M. She is a newer DJ in the business, but did a great job with all of the music cues and transitions. We paid her $900 for the whole night.
Florals: Amor Wedding Ltd. I didn't see the flowers until the day of, but they killed it! So so stunning! We paid $3,237.45 for 11 centrepieces, one bridal bouquet, 5 bridesmaids' bouquets, and 3 boutonnieres.
Photographer: A Little for the Soul. Naomi was so easy to work with! She was really enthusiastic about shooting at Casa Loma, and I cannot wait to see the final results! We paid for her and a second shooter for 6 hours, totaling $3,250.
Hair & Makeup: Makeup by Melo. Melody was fabulous! She came to my house bright and early with a second artist and did hair & makeup for 6 girls! We paid $2,796.75.
Bakery: Just Temptations. The cake was beautiful and everything I had described to them. It was two tiers, and each tier was a different flavour. Extremely tasty, fluffy, and moist! We paid $439.10.
Dress: Bridal Desires. I paid around $2,025 for my dress and $300 for the veil. I felt like a princess!
Photobooth: OHEY Photobooth. We paid $724.30 for 3 hours. Everyone loved it!
Officiant: Markham Wedding Chapel. Gordon Brown was our officiant, and he was very polite. We paid him $395.50.
