Hii!!! I have the restrictive sub type and i dont know how to explain to people that i have basically an extreme picky eater disorder. I went to my friends house the other day and their wparents offered me a lot of food and i would decline all of it. Tbh it was a little embarrassing to constantly say no to every single food and i felt bad. I didn’t know how to say that i have ARFID clearly. Please help me for future situations like this.
