Mannnn I’m sick and tired of owning these brakes. I bought them last year after hearing tons of good things through word of mouth and watching a bunch of YouTube reviews that seemed to back it all up. Got them installed and was hyped to finally ride them.

Right away the bedding-in process was brutal, but I figured that was just because of how thick the rotors are.

Then on my third ride, I completely lost braking power mid-ride. Turns out they were leaking brake fluid from one of the pistons. Sent them in for warranty, waited a month, finally got them back, and got back to riding.

Fast forward to this summer. I pulled the bike out of storage, did all the usual maintenance, bled the brakes, and immediately they started squealing like crazy. I assumed the pads were contaminated, so I replaced the pads, cleaned the rotors, did everything properly.

For the first couple rides they actually felt decent again, but now I’ve lost basically all braking power again, except this time I can’t even find a leak anywhere.

I honestly have no idea where to go from here. I’m so frustrated that I spent premium money on a product that’s been nothing but problems for me. At this point I want to jettison these things into the sun.

I’m at the point where I just can’t trust them anymore and don’t want to keep dealing with these issues but maybe someone has had similar problems and found a solution?
