I know Violet is a beloved character but her cluelessness this season is frustrating.

It's clear she doesn't think that highly of her son if she thinks he's only after Sophie to have casual sex with her. Benedict is a rake but he won't ruin someone's life for pleasure. She knows her son well but she sees him baring his teeth when they try to stand between him and Sophie, has he done this about casual sex before? I don't think so, but okay Jan
