My HP Victus randomly shut off one day and became stuck in the Windows Recovery Environment. After repeatedly pressing Enter for hours, I eventually got back into Windows, but a few days later it happened again overnight. Now I'm permanently stuck at the BitLocker Recovery screen. I have the BitLocker recovery key that's not the issue. I've tried System Recovery, Startup Settings, disabling automatic restart, and reinstalling Windows using a USB. Every option either loads for a few seconds, goes to a black screen, or restarts and sends me back to BitLocker.
HP's hardware diagnostics/Advanced Test passed. I need help figuring out why the laptop keeps restarting and getting stuck in this loop.
