I’m thinking of getting my first tattoo and I’m a bit nervous. Does anyone have recommendations for tattoo artists in or around Oakville who specialize in fine line tattoos?

I’m looking at getting a small tattoo for around 3–5 cm and was thinking of placing it behind my ear since I want it to be pretty hidden or if you have any suggestions for placements. Also does anyone know roughly how much something like that would cost?
