I freaking love Peloton

So many bookmarked classes with amazing playlists or class plans, running content that has helped me run indoors and outdoors and feel like such a bad@$$, awesome instructors who keep me entertained and motivated, HiLit+ starting soon, Mariana’s Run + Flow calling my name, etc etc etc! So thankful for this platform and for the FOMO on all of the content!

What do you miss?

I realized today that I haven’t been on the bike much in 2026. I loved HiLit in early 2026 and since then have been on the tread, walking outdoors, and trying to be consistent with lifting, and suddenly it‘s almost July and I realize I haven’t been riding.

I am feeling fit and am not complaining at all but will try to incorporate riding because I love all things Peloton and miss it!

Unpopular opinion… 10-12% hikes aren’t for me

I know, there’s something for everyone so who cares, but Matty’s most recent Walk & Talk was 30 minutes at 10-12%. I know he built up to it during the month of May but I’ve taken a few of Camila’s with mostly 10-12%, etc. and didn’t want to repeat a class like that. I guess I prefer rests in between the steepness, even down to 6% for some relief.

Comment below if you:

- Do the daily meditation every day until the next weekly drop

- Take all of Hannah C’s Low Impact rides

- Get excited for a 70s playlist

- Love a HIIT cardio class

- have another class type that you love that you don’t think others appreciate the same way you do
