Their pour-over is legit. You can either drink it hot or pour it over ice—same beans, but hot vs cold taste very different.
Turns out they’re chasing moisture. No life philosophy. No bucket list. Just: “That side smells wetter, I’m going.”

If you like laksa, you must try the King of Laksa in Aljunied: no MSG and other additives. Be prepared to queue, as the owner makes them bowl by bowl. He even warms up the bowl before pouring the laksa in. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I’ve never expected vegetarian zhang could taste so good.
The first one is Mala, and the second is Black Pepper.
I prefer the mala because it’s more fragrant.
You never really plan for tacos. They just happen. And that’s fine.
