Do you think it will rot like this?

I can’t seem to find any videos that cover these clouded parts. Is this part of an upcoming DLC or something? I could’ve sworn I’ve seen a map somewhere that had everything unveiled. The top corner of Dreamland is driving me crazy because it looks like it’s a continuation to somewhere but there’s nothing so far besides that hidden shadow slime area (that nullifier wall).
