Thoughts on my solo dine & wine itinerary?

I've almost finished making all my reservations for an October trip, but there are a few places I can't decide between. I know this is a pretty indulgent itinerary, but it's my first time back since Covid and I've really saved up for this. Other than Iron Horse, I try to never repeat tastings - there are so many I still haven't experienced!

One frustration is that some places I really wanted to visit don't take reservations for parties of one (looking at you, Schramsberg and Mathiesson). I'll be driving, so pacing myself for safety's sake ;)

Thank you for any opinions or recos!

Oct 3: Arriving late in Healdsburg; Valette for dinner

Oct 4:
Truett Hurst tasting in town (I’m in the wine club)
Copain
Dinner at Cyrus, Geyserville

 Oct 5:
Preston Farm tasting
Cast Wines Sparkling Tasting
Dinner at Lo & Behold, Healdsburg

Oct 6: staying in Calistoga
Storybook Mountain, Calistoga: Tour & cave tasting
Deciding between Knights Bridge Winery OR Flora Springs Winery?
Dinner at Lovina, Calistoga

 Wed, Oct 7:
Wheeler Farms farm tour & lunch
Iron Horse (love their sparkling wines & the view is worth the 40 min drive)

What would you choose? Rombauer or Davis Estate tasting?

And for dinner? Auro in Calistoga or PRESS in St Helena?
