Some background info...

I recently (October 2025) got back on nexplanon. I had it in from 2019-2023 and got it taken out October, it took me a year and a half to get my period again and it was HELL. I've always had irregular periods but on the nex the first time I had no menstruation for the 4 years plus the 1.5 after the fact.

I also have dealt w pre cancer cells and went into remission October 2025 it was also hell lost a lot of weight and constantly had pain in my cervix/back BLAEGH

SO MY ISSUE. starting around February end of I started having bl0@d when id climax during masturbation. I was scared to boink anyone because of this for a long while bc I thought this would happen. SKIPPP to 2 months ago, I met my bf and 1 months ago we did the deed and yup.... The red gates hath opened literally every single time I climax alone or not.

As you can imagine this has been fuxxking terrible :// I had my period non stop from February to May beginning of right? One boink w my bf and now I have permanent spotting and ya the dam FLOOD GATES RUIN EVERYTHING.

PSA he has assured me several times he doesn't mind and he already knows what he's signed up for when we do stuff. Myself? I have OCD and I think it's disgusting and messy and idk if this is normal :(((

ANYONE USING OR HAVING USED NEXPLANON PLEASE HELP A GIRL OUT MAN.

I've had people tell me I have endo all the way to vaginismus bc of the pain Id get during sex and it's improved some but I think I'm cursed to just feel like I'm gonna vomit after sex from this bloody mess to the fact that I feel like my insides are being banged all around

(I enjoy it but I do have to run away and shift away to avoid the discomfort, my concern is literally this neverending bl3ed)
