Hey guys! I found myself keeping a document of everything I need to do before coming to DTU, notes from webinars, and things that I have researched. I decided to turn it into a more "polished" version and I hope that this can help incoming students feel less overwhelmed. This document has things like how to find housing, apps that will be helpful in Denmark, scheduling and exams, CPR, MitID, etc.

The document isn't super fancy. If anyone has suggestions on what I should add or things that are inaccurate/what I should change please let me know! I would appreciate any feedback. I have it published as a Google Doc for right now, but if there is a better way to publish this, let me know.

Email time: 4:46 AM EST (my gut was for some reason telling me to stay up late today and hey!)

The email ID was the same as the documents received email.

Time to get all my documents settled for my passport.

Hi all!

I got an offer today from BDTU for a room in the Lundo dorm! I've heard that it has a reputation to be loud/the house party dorm which seems fine, but I also really enjoy a quiet sleep haha.

Additionally, they offered me a contract length of 1 year when I wanted 6 months. I've heard many, many people say that new students should use BDTU as a first semester dorm and then move out ASAP.

Any advice on what to do? I'm already on a waitlist for dorms via PKS and KIKK, but I'm unsure if I'll be offered one before August. I am trying to apply for
Nybrogård too, but I can't for some reason without a CPR number ):

So, I guess my main questions are:

1. Does anyone have any personal experience living in Lundo? How did you like it? (:

2. Is there a way to change the contract length before accepting?

3. Any advice on how to sign up for Nybrogård without a CPR number? I've tried to email and call but nothing ):
