What’s one thing you wish you’d known before starting your first year at the University of Debrecen?

And like is there any good gym around or how’s the university gym?
I took my oral exam like two days ago I know it might take longer as some people have said but I’m still pretty anxious about it cause my interview I feel like I was stuttering a lot and very nervous throughout but the professor was very patient with me also my written exam scores were 16/20 in math and 8/10 in physics I feel like he asked me questions I got wrong on the exam to see if I know the concept or not,
How long was your waiting time btw?

Just finished my university oral entrance exam and got a 16/20 in Math and 8/10 in Physics!
I got the same score in the sample tests too so I think it’s okay a lot of the questions were exactly the same as the sample but few were a little different ofc
I’m happy, but nerves definitely got to me. I made 1-2 mistakes in math (solved one question halfway), and in physics, I got the logic perfect but slipped up on an SI unit. The professors didn't jump in right away—they just told me it was wrong, and I immediately caught it and corrected myself.
They didn't ask any personal questions at all (100% technical), but once I corrected myself or hit a wall, they actually took a minute to coach me through the logic and give me some tips.
Is it a good sign when interviewers actively give you tips and teach you during a live exam? Did your interviewers stay dead silent or did they give you feedback too?
I’m in the queue for the meeting it’s been about 8 minutes how long was the waiting time in general? I’m a little paranoid cause it’s taking longer? If you could help that would be great thank you
I did the written exam! It was easy but sure some questions were hard math was easier than physics lol
Also kinda weird they didn’t ask me to turn on my camera or access to my microphone? Is that normal? My oral exam is going to start in half an hour a little nervous and scared if you know if that’s normal or not lemme know please thank you
Okay so I have my math and physics entrance exam tomorrow and I was wondering what is the total time limit of per subject? I assume like the sample test on the portal it will be divided into two sections? And the email they sent said it will be 60 minutes/subject so is 60 minutes divided into two for each subject or it’s for an individual subject? Please let me know I’m very scared about the exam lol and how limited the sample papers and I would think the actual test won’t be as easy as the same test?

I have my University of Debrecen (Mechatronics BSc) entrance exam in two days, and I’m honestly getting pretty nervous. 😅 I’ve completed the sample tests on the portal and have been practicing math and physics every day. My scores have been improving, but I still have that “what if I mess up because I’m anxious?” feeling. For those who have already taken the engineering entrance exam:
* Were you also really nervous beforehand?
* Did the actual exam feel similar to the sample tests?
* Do you have any last-minute advice or anything you wish you had known before taking it?
