Running Leggings
hey all!
i am a new runner (just two weeks in) im muslim and do not wear shorts, i do lagree and for that i wear the lululemon align leggings, however, when i run with those leggings on, they ride down. And majority of my runs are me just pulling my leggings back up. Do you have a pair you recommend? i was looking at the lululemon fast and free and also the ON Studio Tights
However, would love any additional recommendations you all might have!

day 1 vs day 2
my plan ends october 4th with me running a 5K through Runna however, i have a registered 5K that day cause why not. I feel slow lol
