Hello engineers,

I am asking lang po if paano po ba yung pag survey ng individual lot sa isang urban poor area? Yung document na meron kami is master list ng lot owners and certification from the Homeowners Association president lang. The 2 documents include yung lot area.

We tried asking our old surveyor and he is charging 12k for about 50sqm lot only. I was a bit shock sa charging nya kasi ang liit ng lot, while he just charged us 20k for a 2000sqm lot last time. May minimum charge ba mga surveyors kahit sa maliit na lot? Can you reco another surveyor for us? Kung meron sana phone number na din, salamat.
