Is anyone else having issues accessing The Annex?

Way back in the day I remember reading a fanfic where Mulder and Scully met in school and she and her family befriended him and his father was abusive and I vaguely remember it having multiple parts and one part where they went stargazing. They may have fallen in love? I've been hunting on AO3 but I'm not seeing anything and it's old enough it could have been on Ephemeral or Key of X or The Annex...any ideas?
