Did I get scammed in Galway?
Hey guys! First of all, I wanted to clarify I'm not Irish, I'm Argentinian but I deeply love Ireland and I need your help with this.
So, when I was 15 years old I got the amazing chance to fly to Ireland and stay in Galway for 2 weeks approx. During my time there, I was told about the Claddagh ring and it's story and I fell in love with it. Naturally, I got one from a very cute jewellery shop and I have loved it ever since (it's been like 10 years already)
Recently, I have sadly lost my claddagh, and it broke my heart. I tried finding one on Amazon, but they all were pretty ugly tbh. So, I googled the jewellery shop where I first got it from and found out they have a Shopify page. I found my original ring and, on July 31st, I placed an order for a couple of rings.
However, I have not heard about it since. According to their page, it takes 5 business days to get the order ready to be shipped, but I haven't heard any news. I tried asking via WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail but nothing has worked.
Now, I'm honestly desperate and need your guy's advice. Did I get scammed by this (very popular) jewellery in Galway? Should I keep waiting? Or should I give my money up and try with a different Irish jewellery?
