On a rewatch (again) and have noticed so much...
Some key things you've probably all already talked about but which have brought me joy on this rewatch:
- The way Ted says about girl talk that you just blabber on and nothing gets solved, and Roy repeats it later on when talking about the Diamond Dogs.
- The psychic says about the green matchbook to Rebecca, but then also says she'll be upside down, and "drenched... But safe."
- The locker room scene in Season 3 when Ted references "wishing time" and then speaks to the team about Zava, to which Dani responds "I just wished for that thirty seconds ago!"
- The way the songs reflect the storyline - "Strange" as Ted signs divorce papers; the use of "Never Gonna Give You Up" - would love to find more of these.
I have ADHD so I often miss these things first time around, or don't give them the attention they deserve. I'd love for you to share other cool callbacks and bits you've enjoyed.
It just brings me such joy! I love this show.
