I went to a Build a Bear location yesterday to get the new Ice Cream Hello Kitty and her outfit. The location had the rest of the ice cream set(minus the exclusives) and their outfits, but not the Hello Kitty dress. An employee informed me that the dress was recalled due to quality issues. She said that basically, it pulls apart at the seams. The outfit is no longer available on the BAB website, either. It’s a shame because it’s a cute outfit.
