KAIST Registration + Seeking Insights from Accepted KAIST Students on Process

This question is mainly for those who were accepted as I am keen to know about the process that comes after.

- What did you need to do after receiving acceptance? What documentation or process did you have to go through?
- How much time were you given to go through the process? Some documents need an apostille and may take time, so I'm conscious of getting everything ready.

Thank you in advance to anyone who replies!

Getting a UK Diploma Apostille-d from the Philippines

Hi everyone, I hope this is the right place to ask — I've seen similar posts regarding apostille documents. This one is a bit complex (at least, to me!).

I got a diploma from De Montfort University Leicester, but physically studied in the Philippines through a transnational education (TNE) program. I'm trying to take my Master's in a foreign country (South Korea), and part of the registration requirements includes an apostille of your diploma and relevant documents (e.g. my HEAR report or transcript of records). It mentioned that if the diploma comes from a country other than where you currently reside, the apostille must come from that country. It's a bit confusing since I technically physically received it in the Philippines, but the Philippines cannot apostille my diploma since it's from the UK.

I only have one diploma, but I can order Certified Copy from the DMU Store. My questions are:

  1. Would it be possible to order a Certified Copy from the DMU store and have it sent to an agency that can help me get it apostilled and sent to the Philippines? I don't want to order a copy and send it to the PH, then send it to the UK. I am willing to work with an agency.
  2. If there are third party agencies, does anyone have one they can recommend that works with international situations and can send it by post to the Philippines?
  3. I read that to get FCDO to apostille, you need an extra step involving verification with a lawyer? I'm a little confused about the process, would anyone be kind enough to explain the steps from start to finish to get an apostille (in general)?

Really hoping for some feedback here and thank you to anyone who replies.
