The shoal has many names because it's in a disputed area within the South China Sea. Its English language (I didn't check the other languages) Wikipedia page is titled as "Scarborough Shoal", https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scarborough\_Shoal, it is also called Panatag Shoal in Filipino, Huangyan Island in Mandarin Chinese and other names. At least the coordinates are stable in this case.
