I cannot play this game no matter what I do 😭

Unfortunately nothing works for me no matter how much I try. This has been happening for both Titanfall 2 as well as Burnout Paradise Remastered. Both EA games with no support and no matter how hard I dig to troubleshoot it, nothing works.

Both games are able to LAUNCH from either Steam, EA or my desktop/file explorer. The problem is that when the games launch, I'm able to get to the menu or at least loading the menu. However they both freeze at exactly the same time, (5.5 seconds) and then the game crashes with no report, no troubleshoot or anything.

I did try editing the directory, both in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Respawn\Titanfall2 and \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Steam App 1237970 like @Illustrious-Low8207 had said. In "local machine" there was no string value named "Install dir" so i made one and modified the value to the proper install path of my steam file. Nothing. In "Steam App 1237970" there was a string value named "InstallLocation" and I modified THAT value to the same install path. Nothing.

I have no idea what to do. I bought this game and Burnout in like 2024 and I haven't been able to play them since. If anyone has a fix for this PLEASE let me know. Your help and advice is INSANELY appreciated <3

(Since I modified the values of certain strings, I'm uninstalling so I can start from scratch if any advice comes up)

PC SPECS Intel i5 12400, MSI shadow 2x RTX 5070 12gb of VRAM, 48gb of DDR4, 7Tb SSD storage. I have proper cooling and a really good motherboard (ASUS Z690 D4-PLUS WIFI) so I don't think there's any bottlenecks.

Random GPU usage spikes every 2 mins or less and I have NO idea how to fix it.

It seems to happen super often. There's nothing in game that's changing from before the spike happens. I'm watching my GPU overlay and my GPU usage will stay at like 30%-40% usage at 150fps. Then randomly out of the blue the usage will spike to 98% and I'll get stuck at 18fps until I either tab out or press the windows key. It's like the GPU is resetting when I tab out and it'll go back to 30%-40% usage. I've played with every setting and nothing seems to work. Not a single YouTube video or Reddit post seems to be experiencing what I am.

My CPU usage doesn't change at all. So many posts and forums say Hytale is CPU heavy put on my overlay/task manager, my CPU usage stays at like 20%-30%

For context I have:

-12Gb VRAM MSI RTX 5070 shadow 2x

-Intel i5 12400 6-core 12-processor

-48gbs of DDR4 (2x 16gb and 2x 8gb Kingston Fury)

Please help if you can 😭
